From the moment we started working with David, we knew we were in good hands. We like to think that we were successful in buying our first home due to his expertise. It was a real pleasure having Dave as my realtor. I wasn’t ready to buy a new home but I had seen a property that had opened up on our street that made me interested. Dave was recommended to me by a family member so I met with him and explained my interest but also some reservations as the possibility of a new home came unexpectedly.

It was my first time in the market for a home so I had a lot of questions and doubt/uncertainty but Dave throughout the whole process was extremely patient and eased my decision making process. He was extremely responsive and offered solid advice, always looking for my best interest. I truly felt he was in my team the whole way and I never once felt any ounce of pressure.

He is very courteous and knows all the psychology and the dos and don’ts of real estate as those are all extremely important in getting a deal done. There was a lot of back and forth with the sellers but as a result of his hard work, extensive knowledge and professionalism I was able to become a first time home buyer.

It’s worth mentioning that Dave has now helped my relatives with three different properties each one with their own complexities. I had my reservations at first in choosing him as my realtor as I tend to do my own research before listening to referrals but I am glad that I chose him. I can now see why each and every single time he was the easy choice, and I will be picking him again in the future.

David has represented me three times in the last four years through two purchases and one sale. I’m a repeat client. It is his professionalism and willingness to accommodate my, sometimes, demanding requests that has brought me back. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again, or recommend him to family or friends.

We are new to Toronto and David helped us find a condo that met our needs perfectly. He first took the time to understand our needs and then helped us find listings in suitable buildings and locations. His efforts helped us seal the deal as condos in this price range sell fast.
